The fun atmosphere, complete with games to play while they wait or enjoy their dessert, makes it a real destination. They have a selection of games to play while you are there and the customer service is awesome, they were wonderful with my son. We came in twice during our trip and both times we were treated as Ohana, wish there was a Chillville with the same feeling on leeward side Oahu, instead I will just look forward to my next trip to Hilo. ”
